Animae’s smart gift redemption machines enable self-service gift redemption services. Activities such as dispensing rewards, distribution of product samples, and lucky draw can now be automated to improve both operational and marketing efficiency.
The machines are connected to cloud management system, providing real-time analytics and remote monitoring services.
This solution is applicable to retail promotions, MICE events and reward programs.
API integration and customization service are available to fit different needs.
Modular design enables high flexibility for design, production and assembly.
Customers who follow PopSquare's Facebook/Instagram page can collect a gashapon containing free skincare sample and eShop’s promotion code.
With the mobile app installed, visitors can have fun with it while touring around the Hong Kong Museum of Art. There is a stamp station on every floor of the museum. To earn an electronic stamp for that floor, simply answer a question of the corresponding floor. After collecting all the 6 stamps, visitors can go to the vending machine to redeem a gashapon containing a gift!
After membership registration, new members will receive a QR code voucher via SMS for gashapon lucky draw. They can go to the gashapon machine in PopSquare's pop-up store to join the gashapon lucky draw and redeem a gift.
Visitors can join gashapon lucky draw after answering a question correctly.
Each guest could redeem a souvenir after visiting all showcases.
Upon collection of all 3 digital stamps from the lobby, the gallery and the theatre, visitors can join gashapon lucky draw and redeem a souvenir.
